Jewellery warranty

Each jewellery piece comes with a 2 month warranty, offering peace of mind should anything happen within that time. If a fault occurs during the warranty period, your item can be repaired free of charge or replaced where appropriate.

After the 2 month warranty period, accidental damage or breakage can usually still be repaired for a small charge. We always aim to extend the life of your jewellery wherever possible.

Jewellery care

To help keep your jewellery looking its best, we recommend the following gentle care tips.

• Avoid direct contact with chemicals wherever possible
• Keep jewellery away from perfume, hairspray, moisturisers, and antibacterial gels
• Remove jewellery before showering, swimming, or bathing
• Avoid prolonged exposure to water or excessive sweat
• When not being worn, store jewellery safely away from direct sunlight

To clean sterling silver jewellery, we recommend using a silver polishing cloth, which will gently remove tarnish without damaging the surface.

Elastic jewellery care

Over time, the elastic used in bracelets and rings may naturally stretch slightly with wear. We recommend checking elastic pieces occasionally and arranging restringing if needed to ensure continued comfort and durability.

• Lotion and moisturisers
• Perfume and hairspray
• Antibacterial gels and harsh chemicals
