Terms and Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.
1. About us
These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through that little crystal shop.
We are:
That Little Crystal Shop
Based in the United Kingdom
Email: aftersales@thatlittlecrystalshop.com
These are the terms on which we supply goods to you. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.
2. Our contract with you
When you place an order through our website, this does not constitute acceptance of your order.
A legally binding contract is formed only once:
• your order has been accepted by us
• and you receive an order confirmation email
• and your order has been dispatched
The processing of payment and receipt of an order confirmation does not, by itself, constitute acceptance of your order.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order at our discretion. If payment has already been taken, a full refund will be issued.
3. Ordering
When placing an order, please ensure all details provided are accurate, including delivery address, contact details, and any custom information.
You will have the opportunity to review and amend your order before completing checkout. We are not responsible for errors made by you during the ordering process.
4. Prices and payment
All prices shown on our website are in UK Pounds Sterling (£) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges will be clearly displayed at checkout.
We reserve the right to amend prices at any time. If a pricing or description error occurs, we are not obliged to honour the incorrect price or description. In such cases, we will either:
• contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price
• or cancel the order and issue a full refund
Payment must be received in full before an order is processed. We accept most major credit and debit cards.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
5. Goods and descriptions
All product descriptions and images are provided for guidance only. While we make every effort to display items accurately, slight variations in colour, size, or appearance may occur.
Handmade items may vary slightly due to their nature, and this is considered part of their character rather than a fault.
For items made to order or customised, it is your responsibility to ensure any information provided is accurate.
All products are subject to availability.
6. Personal information
We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By placing an order, you agree that we may contact you by email or other electronic means regarding your order, delivery, or customer service matters.
7. Events beyond our control
We are not liable for delays, failures, or issues caused by events beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, extreme weather, postal delays, strikes, technical failures, transport disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
8. International orders
International customers may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs charges imposed by their local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
If a delivery is refused or returned due to customs charges or failure to accept delivery, the customer will be responsible for any costs incurred.
9. General
If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue to apply.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
